so you’re saying harlequin ichthyosis or spina bifida is the best? god doesnt exist. DNA is a flawed replication system. it often makes a bad copy that results in abnormalities, making it difficult to live on. this is not the work of god.
as long as people have your type of mentality and be convinced that ugliness is what they deserve, there will be always depressed people on medication that cant feel confident enough about their looks in the society.

plastic surgery will exist as long as humans stay intelligent and as a philanthropist I will always make few people happy with their new looks. its pricy but worth it. I realize emotional health is important as much as physical health.
